This AUP governs the use of ProxiNet VPS, and Proxy Hosting Services. Violation will result in suspension or termination of the Customer’s service. In the event of a dispute between ProxiNet and Customer regarding the interpretation of the AUP, ProxiNet shall govern a commercially reasonable interpretation of the AUP. Please contact ProxiNet if you have any questions about our AUP.
We are relatively flexible in how our services can be used, but here is a (non-exhaustive) list of prohibited activities. If you have any questions about your specific use case, it is best to contact us first. We respect your privacy and only wish to set expectations between us appropriately.
What does ProxiNet consider abuse?
Any e-mail, telephone, and messaging service that contacts without the prior consent of the recipient. Initiating or knowingly committing these activities are ground for immediate termination of all services and a ban from purchasing services in the future.
Any content that violates the law of local and federal authorities where that content resides will be grounds for immediate termination of all services and a ban from purchasing services in the future.
Any type of script, program, code, or file that performs a harmful action will be grounds for immediate termination of all services and a ban from purchasing services in the future.
Whether intentional or not, resources abuse is defined as any action or activity that consumes significant system resources to cause harm or negatively affect other equipment and/or customers. Intentional abuse will result in immediate termination of all services and a ban from purchasing services in the future. Unintentional abuse can happen, we will just suspend that offending service and contact the customer to reach a remedy.
Any type of tunneling or VPN technology to resell ProxiNet’s bandwidth and/or DDoS protection will be grounds for immediate termination of all services and a ban from purchasing services in the future.
